Policies

These policies apply to all 1:1 coaching programs offered by Vencutcook (Venkat Kishore, Tamil Nadu, India, GSTIN 33DFGPK6311J2ZJ), including the 1 Month 1:1 Coaching program and the 3 and 6 Month Premium Transformation Program. By paying for a program, you confirm that you have read and accepted these policies.

1. Terms of Service

What you are buying

You are purchasing a coaching service for a fixed duration (30 days, 3 months or 6 months) starting from the date your program begins, which is the date your charts are delivered. The service includes the items listed on the program page for the option you chose. It does not include medical treatment, medication advice, or supervision of exercise in person.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your health, medical conditions, medications and injuries on the Google Form and on your calls. Our charts are only as safe as the information you give us.
• Send your daily updates (weight, food, workouts, water, sleep) as described in your program. Coaching depends on your participation. Missed updates are not grounds for an extension or refund.
• Do not share your personalised charts or program materials with anyone else. They are built for your body and are for your personal use only.

Our responsibilities

• Deliver your personalised charts within the stated time after your onboarding call.
• Respond to your daily updates within the support hours stated for your program.
• Treat your health information as confidential and use it only to coach you.

Results

We coach honestly and we coach hard, but results depend on your body, your consistency and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific amount of weight or fat loss, and any figures mentioned on our pages are typical outcomes, not promises.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

No refunds after your program starts

Once your onboarding call has taken place and your charts have been delivered, your program has started and no refund is available, in full or in part, for any reason including a change of mind, lack of time, or not following the program.

Before your program starts

If you paid but have not yet had your onboarding call, you may cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.

Pause for medical reasons

If a medical reason (illness, injury, pregnancy, surgery) means you cannot continue, tell us as soon as possible. We will pause your program for up to 3 weeks in total, at no cost. Your remaining days resume when you are ready. A pause is not available for non-medical reasons.

Transfer to another person

If you cannot continue for any reason, you may transfer the remaining, unused portion of your program to one other person. The new person completes a fresh onboarding form and call. A transfer can be done once per program.

Installments

If you are paying the Premium program in installments, each installment is due by the date agreed on WhatsApp. If an installment is not paid by its due date, coaching pauses until it is paid. The no-refund policy applies to every installment already paid.

If we cancel

If, for any reason on our side, we are unable to continue delivering your program, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Venkat Kishore is a certified nutritionist, not a medical doctor. Mrs. Vindya is a nutritionist. Rohit Sahu is a certified personal trainer. None of our coaches diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition, and nothing we provide is a substitute for advice from your doctor.

• Consult your doctor before starting any new diet or exercise program, especially if you have PCOS, thyroid disorders, diabetes, heart conditions, high blood pressure, joint or back injuries, or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Do not stop, start or change any medication based on our coaching. Speak to your doctor.
• Exercise carries a risk of injury. By following an exercise chart, you accept that risk. Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath.
• Tell your coach immediately about any new symptoms, diagnoses or changes to your medication during your program.

4. Privacy

We collect your name, contact details, health information, photos and progress data only to deliver your coaching. We do not sell or share it with anyone outside the Vencutcook coaching team. Progress photos are never posted publicly without your separate written permission.

5. Invoicing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees plus 18% GST. A GST invoice is emailed to you automatically after each payment.
